Paul Mccartney, Kanye West Reportedly Working On Track Together

Kanye West and Paul McCartney team-up could be magic

Apparently, the collaboration wasnt kept a secret from Wests wife, reality TV star Kim Kardashian, who is telling friends that shes surprised by the provocative name. Shes probably never heard McCartneys Hi Hi Hi . Wests rep hasnt commented on the collaboration, but he was seen at McCartneys show at Dodger Stadium last week. If McCartney and West only plan on making one track together, it could wind up on the new album West recently spoke of . The single, All Day, already leaked, but there is no firm date for Wests follow-up to Yeezus.
Source: http://thecelebritycafe.com/feature/2014/08/paul-mccartney-kanye-west-reportedly-working-track-together-secret

(Photo: AP) CONNECT TWEET LINKEDIN COMMENTEMAILMORE Are Paul McCartney and Kanye West collaborating on a secret project, as the New York Post is reporting? If so, should we be excited or shaking our heads in disgust? I'll go out on a limb next to McCartney here and say this is exciting news. McCartney's best work with the Beatles and after the breakup has often resulted from boldly embracing new ideas well outside his comfort zone, from the wild psychedelic experimentation of the '60s through the New Wave oddity that was the "Temporary Secretary" single to his electronic forays with the Fireman.
Source: http://www.azcentral.com/story/entertainment/music/2014/08/18/paul-mccartney-kanye-west-recording-together/14252595/

They have reportedly recorded a bunch of tracks, one of which is tentatively titled "Piss on My Grave." McCartney, 72, and West, 37, have known each other for some time. The Chicago MC attended McCartney's show at Dodger's Stadium in Los Angeles recently, and last year, the former Beatles member said albums by West and Jay Z were two of his most recent music purchases . 'Ye is readying his eighth studio album, due out this year. A source said that the G.O.O.D Music honcho, who "respects music legends" like McCartney, is "still putting the finishing touches" on his upcoming release, which will be produced by Q-Tip and Rick Rubin . Reps for West and McCartney have neither confirmed nor denied collaboration reports. Report: Kanye West Working with Paul McCartney | News | BET

Image: Kevin Mazur/WireImage 2014-08-18 17:30:14 UTC Who's the walrus now? The New York Post's Page Six reports that Kanye West has secretly been recording tracks with Paul McCartney "that could develop into an album," and if anything ever comes of it, we'd love to be a fly on the go to website wall for the moment when they decide who gets top billing. SEE ALSO: Lights Out: Paul McCartney Rocks Candlestick Park for Its Final Show West showed up for Sir Paul's show in Los Angeles last week, and Page Six says the Beatle has said he wants to work with a rapper. So it must be true! Making it not seem so true: Page Six says one track that's coming along nicely is called Piss on My Grave. Still time to change that one, fellas.
Source: http://mashable.com/2014/08/18/kanye-west-paul-mccartney-album/?utm_campaign=Mash-Prod-RSS-Feedburner-All-Partial&utm_cid=Mash-Prod-RSS-Feedburner-All-Partial&utm_medium=feed&utm_source=rss

Paul McCartney (@PaulMcCartney) October 3, 2013 The fandom is apparently mutual, too as West was spotted at McCartneys show in Los Angeles last week. If the two are in the studio, one can only hope that the songs end up sounding like a new version of Maccas Michael Jackson collaboration, The Girl is Mine or perhaps Bound 2 Hold Your Hand, Hey Mama , Live and Let Die or Shes My Baby Gold Digger. West isnt the only artist that has captured the interest of the former Beatle; hes also interested in collaborating with Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke, but he hasnt worked up the nerve to approach him yet. My daughter Stella is very keen.
Source: http://time.com/3137818/kanye-west-paul-mccartney-rumored-collaboration/
